Job summary

Univio in Poland (Wrocław/Kraków) is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our international Polish-German team. You will craft presentations, social media content and thought leadership pieces to drive Univio’s visibility. Work with Munich-based and Polish teams, partly remote, mainly hybrid.

You’ll develop content narratives from idea to impact, support sales, and participate in conferences. This hands-on role requires strong writing, design sensibility, and the ability to turn data into

Qualifications

Experience creating content for marketing teams in tech or digital products.
Fluency in German and English; Polish knowledge is a plus.
Ability to distill complex topics into persuasive, story-driven content.
Experience presenting to executives and management.

Responsibilities

Create compelling presentations for proposals, client meetings and internal communication.
Create engaging social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.
Write white papers and other thought leadership content for Univio.
Develop and optimize content by testing different approaches and learning from data.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex topics into clear messages.
Travel for business as required for conferences and events.
