Location: Kraków Contract Type: Full-time (temporary contract - till December 2027) Internal name of the position: ACE Assignment Marketing Analyst Senior Context of the project you will be working on: FedEx acquired TNT and is currently running a migration project, impacting all customers in EU. Development teams are responsible for the data transfer of customer data. Unfortunately not everything succeeds and therefore we are extending our support++ team, which will solve account / user issues before the customer notices, meaning manual data transfer is done which bypasses the technical issues that came out of data transfer. In addition, for some customer segments, the customer will be called by support++ to ask them about their setup and to clarify open asks for us to conclude on their new fedex.com environment. The work is done in close alignment with developers, technical customer care teams and with the business stakeholders responsible for migration.
