Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
• University degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years in Commercial/Finance/Marketing or similar.
• Strong analytical thinking.
• Advanced Excel: VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP/XLOOKUP/Pivot/INDEX-MATCH/Power Query.
• High accuracy and attention to detail in repetitive processes.
• Ownership and accountability for data quality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work in a structured way and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support migration and operational processes through data analysis and execution.
• Prepare files, review and validate data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues.
• Ensure high data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all deliverables.
• Work extensively with Excel to analyse data and support process execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across different teams and functions.
• Present results and key insights to stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools.
