Job summary

PLS FedEx Express Poland Transportation Sp z o.o. in Kraków seeks an Analyst to join the ACE team, supporting TNT customer migration to FedEx and related processes. Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in a Commercial, Finance, Marketing or similar environment.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical thinking and numerical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, INDEX/MATCH, Power Query).
• High accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to handle repetitive processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work in a structured way and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Position Summary:

Role overview

We are looking for an Analyst to join the ACE team, supporting TNT customer migration to FedEx and related operational processes through data analysis and execution. In this role, you will work primarily with datasets and Excel-based tools, ensuring accurate and consistent data handling across processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders across functions and regularly communicate results and insights.

Required skills & experience

• University degree (or equivalent experience)

• Advanced Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, INDEX/MATCH, Power Query)
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work with repetitive processes
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for data quality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills – ability to clearly present results and collaborate with different functions

Nice to have (not required)

• Experience working with data or in analytical roles
• Basic knowledge of SQL or Python
• Familiarity with tools such as Databricks, GitHub, or ServiceNow
