Job summary

FedEx Group is seeking an Analyst to join the ACE team, supporting TNT customer migration to FedEx and related operational processes through data analysis and execution. You will work with datasets and Excel-based tools, ensuring accurate data handling and regular communication of insights.

The role involves collaboration with stakeholders across functions, a focus on data quality, and opportunities to develop analytical and business skills within a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (spoken and written) – working language.
• University degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years in a Commercial, Finance, Marketing, or relevant environment.
• Strong numerical and process-oriented thinking.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, INDEX/MATCH, Power Query).
• High attention to detail and data quality ownership.
• Clear communication and collaboration across functions.
• Structured approach and ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support migration and operational processes through data analysis and execution.
• Prepare files, review and validate data, identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Ensure high data quality, accuracy and consistency across deliverables.
• Work extensively with Excel to analyze data and support processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and present insights.
