Chemelex, a global leader in electric thermal and sensing solutions, seeks a Marketing Communication Specialist in Warsaw, Poland to drive regional and global marketing activities. You will manage literature, campaigns, and launches across East Europe and German-speaking markets, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and the Graphic Design Center in India to produce collateral and digital tools.

Qualifications

• Formal marketing/communications education or proven working experience.
• 2–5 years in a B2B marketing role.
• Excellent verbal and written English; Polish a plus.
• Experience managing regional/global campaigns.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage all EMEAI literature and global communication for manuals, datasheets, brochures, and more across SharePoint, servers, and web platforms.
• Plan and execute East European and German-speaking campaigns in cooperation with Sales and Marketing, focusing on customers and detail.
• Oversee assigned project/product launches from conception to completion in alignment with Marketing and Program Management.
• Collaborate with Graphic Design Center in India to create collateral (brochures, flyers, ads, data sheets, installation instructions, digital tools).
• Develop strong relationships with Marketing, Program Management, Sales, Application Engineers and external partners.
• Have a passion for brand-building and maintaining brand identity.
