Job summary

Armacell is seeking a Marketing and Communication Specialist to coordinate content, campaigns and events that drive visibility, lead generation and commercial impact in the CEE region.

You will create marketing content for print, digital and social channels, support product launches, organise trade fairs and webinars, and work closely with Sales and Product Management across CEE. Fluency in English and Polish is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing, communications or technical marketing.
• Strong content creation skills across digital, print and social media.
• Experience organising events, trade fairs or customer meetings.
• Hands-on, pragmatic and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing content for print, digital and social media channels.
• Support product launches and technical marketing activities.
• Organise trade fairs, customer events, webinars and promotional campaigns.
• Work closely with Sales and Product Management across CEE.
• Manage marketing materials, presentations and communication assets.
• Coordinate external agencies, designers and suppliers.
• Support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
