Job summary

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Engineering Degree.
• 1+ years of customer service, supervisory, or technical engineering experience.
• Experience reading architectural or engineering drawings.
• Ideally some SAP experience and channel/electrical distribution exposure.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Thermal products via phone, e-mail and online chat.
• Assist in developing opportunities and interact with customers to increase sales.
• Process customer questions and quotes efficiently via telephone, meetings, and written communication.
• Handle quotes in ERP/Salesforce and support customer complaint cases.
• Provide pre-design deliverables and coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Create and manage quotes for configured and other MTO products.
• Support troubleshooting and startup assistance by phone or digital meetings.
