Growe Talents group is seeking a data analytics professional to shape Marketing and CRM analytics. The role focuses on defining metrics, uncovering opportunities, and delivering actionable insights to optimize the acquisition funnel.

You will develop Tableau dashboards, ensure data integrity across sources, and drive automated reporting. Collaboration with Marketing, Finance and Product is essential for impact and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of analytics experience, preferably in B2C marketing.
• Understanding of multi-touch attribution mechanisms.
• Strong SQL and data visualization skills.
• Experience with Tableau or similar tools.
• Familiarity with data workflows and version control (Git).

Responsibilities

• Define key metrics and methodologies for Marketing and CRM analytics aligned with business goals.
• Identify opportunities via data analysis and present actionable insights.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Finance and Product to report channel effectiveness.
• Maintain data integrity across sources and improve data flows.
• Develop user-friendly Tableau dashboards monitoring KPIs.
• Lead automated reporting for timely information delivery.
