Surfshark is seeking a Data Team Lead in Poland to own analytics across Acquisition and App. You will guide a team of Data Analysts, pair hands-on analysis with people leadership, and align data work with growth and product goals.

You will define analytics strategy, mentor analysts, partner with Product, Marketing and Mobile, and build scalable data solutions from attribution to dashboards that inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading analytics teams.
• In-depth experience influencing senior stakeholders with data.
• Strong SQL, experimentation, and statistical reasoning skills.
• Awareness of how AI/LLMs reshape data work and decision making.
• Ability to turn ambiguous business questions into clear analytical plans.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive analytics strategy across acquisition channels and core app experience.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of technical analysts and unblock blockers.
• Act as a strategic partner to executive and cross-functional leadership.
• Own end-to-end data solutions from attribution to dashboards used in decision making.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Mobile to turn growth challenges into data-driven improvements.
• Improve analytics workflows and infrastructure to support outcomes.
