Job summary

TE Connectivity Szczecin is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations at our site. You will manage a 20+ person team, partner with plant and regional leadership, and drive customer service, inventory optimization, and continuous improvement.

Relocation support is available as you join our global network to enable Lean transformations and SAP planning discipline across the site.

Qualifications

University degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of managerial experience in supply chain within manufacturing.
Proven ability to develop teams, drive accountability and succession planning.
Experience in high mix / low volume manufacturing environments.
Strong SAP/MRP knowledge including planning, master data, inventory, and shipping.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end site supply chain operations and align demand, capacity, materials, inventory, and shipments.
Head a 20+ person team, coach, and build capability with succession planning.
Oversee production planning, scheduling, material planning, and shipment readiness.
Drive delivery, inventory health, and cost objectives while resolving risks.
Lead transformation initiatives focused on planning, inventory, and Lean operations.
