Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Production Planning
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Previous people management experience is an advantage
• Experience working with SAP
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• Knowledge of MRP, capacity planning and scheduling
• English and Polish minimum B2 level

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the daily work of the Production Planning team
• Plan and release production orders and monitor plan execution
• Monitor KPIs such as On-Time Delivery and Capacity Utilization
• Collaborate with Material Planning, Production and Quality teams
• Coordinate with Customer Service on order confirmation and prioritization
• Support operational procurement activities based on the production plan
• Drive continuous improvements in capacity, lead times and inventory
