EY Poland is seeking an OT/IoT Security Hub specialist to shape ServiceNow manufacturing solutions for CMDB, OT Service Management, SecOps and OT Risk Management. You will collaborate with clients across the EMEIA region, leading design workshops and delivering integration services.

You will mentor teams, stay current with ServiceNow capabilities, and help build new solutions on the platform. A hybrid work model, global learning opportunities, and professional certifications are offered to

Competenze

• Experience with ServiceNow platform.
• Experience in one or more ServiceNow products: CMDB, ITOM, ITSM, SecOps, IRM;
• Experience with CMDB;
• Basic understanding of Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Service Management concepts;
• Strong presentation and communication skills;
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs;
• Motivation;
• Willingness to learn new things;
• Problem-solving abilities;
• Capability to work within a multinational and multicultural team;
• Full professional proficiency in English;
• Readiness to travel.

Mansioni

• Lead requirements gathering, scoping and design workshops in OT operations management, OT service management, Vulnerability & Incident Response and/or OT Cyber Risk Management.
• Help clients establish an OT CMDB and related OT Service Catalog to support Service Management processes in manufacturing.
• Provide expert level support and technical mentoring to ServiceNow Manufacturing Cyber solution implementation team.
• Maintain deep, comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow’s capabilities and constraints.
• Deliver configuration and integration services as well as ensure quality assurance support to the Development and Implementation team.
• Plan and coordinate all phases of testing, test acceptance and remediation cycles.
• Build and present business cases for senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of new solutions built on top of ServiceNow platform.
• EY.AI involvement with training sessions and EYQ virtual assistant to enhance analyses and insights.

Join our OT/IoT (Operational Technology/Internet of Things) Security Hub for EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa) region.
The role will contribute to Cyber Transformation and Service Management competence group in our OT/IoT Security Hub. You will play a direct role in helping our clients plan, build and implement ServiceNow manufacturing industry solutions in the area of OT Visibility (CMDB), OT Service Management, OT SecOps (vulnerability and security incident response), and/or OT Risk Management.

Your scope of duties:

• You will lead requirements gathering, scoping and design workshops in the area of OT operations management, OT service management, Vulnerability & Incident Response and/or OT Cyber Risk Management;
• You will help our clients establish an OT CMDB and related OT Service Catalog to support Service Management processes in the manufacturing area;
