Job summary

UBS in Wroclaw, Poland, is seeking a Mandate Pricing Specialist to shape how investment mandates are priced and supported across Asset Management. You will work with stakeholders to develop pricing cases, document frameworks, and ensure alignment with established methodologies. The role requires 2–5 years in Asset Management, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Asset Management or Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.
• Experience in mandate pricing, product pricing, RFPs, or product management is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Business fluency in English; German is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support pricing cases with stakeholders, ensuring completeness and alignment.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to users of the Mandate pricing tool.
• Perform pricing analyses and prepare recommendations for internal stakeholders.

We're looking for a Mandate Pricing Specialist to:

• support business stakeholders in developing and documenting pricing cases, ensuring completeness, consistency and alignment with established pricing frameworks
• provide day-to-day support and guidance to users of the Mandate pricing tool, helping them navigate the tool, resolve issues and apply pricing methodologies correctly
• perform pricing analyses and prepare recommendations for internal stakeholders
• analyze market, product and competitor information to support pricing decisions
• prepare materials for pricing forums and senior management discussions
• support pricing-related projects and process improvements
• collaborate closely with Client Coverage, Investment Teams, Product Specialists and Finance
• help ensure consistency and transparency across mandate pricing decisions

The team

You’ll be part of the AM Pricing & Structuring Governance team of Asset Management in Wroclaw, Poland. We are responsible for developing and implementing the firm’s pricing strategy and ensuring the competitiveness and commercial viability of our investment offerings globally.

Your Skills And Experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, Quantitative Finance or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in Asset Management or Financial Services
• good understanding of financial markets and investment products
• Asset management experience is required
• experience in mandate pricing, product pricing, RFPs, product management or a related function would be an advantage
• strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Quantitative finance background is beneficial
• experience working on projects and collaborating across multiple teams
• excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• business fluency in English; German is a strong advantage
• organized, diligent and detail-oriented working style
