Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, finance, economics, real estate or a related field, or comparable professional education.
• Professional experience through internships, working student positions and entry-level roles in real estate, financial services or project management is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with a structured, detail-oriented working style.
• Fluent in German and English to collaborate with local and international stakeholders.
• Excellent command of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support Valuation Office in coordination, preparation and review of valuations, analyses and reporting activities.
• Assist with valuation-related data management, quality controls and management presentations.
• Support Insurance Function in administration, monitoring and coordination of insurance matters across real estate portfolio.
• Maintain and review insurance-related documentation and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Prepare analyses, reports, presentations and materials for management and governance bodies.
• Support operational and administrative activities within Product Services and Investments Operating Office.
• Assist in planning, coordination and execution of strategic and operational projects.
• Monitor project progress, milestones and stakeholder deliverables.
• Contribute to process improvement, automation and best-practice implementation.

We’re looking for a Junior Product Management & Project Specialist to support the Head Product Management within the Investments Operating Office in the management of key expert functions and project‑related activities across the Real Estate DACH platform.

Your responsibilities will include:

• supporting the Valuation Office in the coordination, preparation and review of valuations, analyses and reporting activities
• assisting with valuation‑related data management, quality controls and management presentations
• supporting the Insurance Function in the administration, monitoring and coordination of insurance matters across the real estate portfolio
• maintaining and reviewing insurance‑related documentation and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• preparing analyses, reports, presentations and decision‑making materials for management, governance bodies and senior stakeholders
• supporting operational and administrative activities within Product Services and the Investments Operating Office

Your team

You will work within Product Services of the Investments Operating Office at UBS Fund Management (Switzerland) AG. The team is process owner of the valuation and the insurance Process as well as managing strategic and operational initiatives across the Real Estate Fund business.

As a Junior Product Management & Project Specialist, you will work closely with the Head Product Management and gain broad exposure to real estate investment management, governance and project delivery activities. The role offers a unique opportunity to develop technical, analytical and stakeholder management skills while building a strong understanding of the real estate investment business.

Your expertise

• bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, finance, economics, real estate or a related field, or comparable professional education
• professional experience through internships, working student positions and a entry‑level role within real estate, financial services or project management is an advantage
• strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills combined with a structured and detail‑oriented working style
• a strong affinity for artificial intelligence (AI), coupled with practical experience in leveraging AI technologies and, ideally, agentic AI, would be considered a distinct advantage.
• excellent command of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• strong communication skills and the confidence to interact effectively with individuals as well as larger stakeholder groups
• intrinsically motivated, curious and eager to learn in a broad and dynamic environment
