Job summary

UBS Kraków is seeking a lawyer with experience in investment funds, banking/finance law, contract law or corporate law to join our Wealth Management Legal team. You will review fund documents, negotiate agreements, and advise on pre-trade to post-trade processes.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across Wealth Management, support opening and maintaining relationships with external parties, and help ensure smooth, fast client transactions. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• A university degree in law.
• At least 1–2 years of practical experience in Banking/Finance/Investment Funds law, contract law or corporate law.
• Exposure to hedge funds is nice to have.
• Interest in complex legal and regulatory issues.
• Ability to manage multiple internal and external interfaces.
• An effective communicator with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Highly resilient and able to clearly communicate legal limitations under pressure.
• Known for hitting deadlines.
• Result‑oriented and assertive.

Responsibilities

Your role

Do you have experience with legal matters related to investment funds, banking/finance law, contract law or corporate law? Do you love providing solutions? We're looking for someone like that to:

• review of fund documentation, such as offering memorandums, subscription agreements, application/transfers agreement
• negotiate subscription/transfer documentation
