Job summary

UBS in Wroclaw, Poland, is seeking a Mandate Pricing Specialist to shape how investment mandates are priced and supported across Asset Management. You will work with stakeholders to develop pricing cases, document frameworks, and ensure alignment with established methodologies. The role requires 2–5 years in Asset Management, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Asset Management or Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.
• Experience in mandate pricing, product pricing, RFPs, or product management is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Business fluency in English; German is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support pricing cases with stakeholders, ensuring completeness and alignment.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to users of the Mandate pricing tool.
• Perform pricing analyses and prepare recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Analyze market, product and competitor information to inform pricing decisions.
• Prepare materials for pricing forums and senior management discussions.
• Collaborate with Client Coverage, Investment Teams, Product Specialists and Finance.
• Help ensure consistency and transparency across mandate pricing decisions.
