Job summary

UBS is seeking a Senior Fund Oversight Specialist in Kraków to provide independent controls over US-domiciled fund administration, including NAV and regulatory review. You will assess risks and improve procedures while supporting regulatory changes.

A strong background in fund accounting and finance is required, with fluency in English. The role operates during US hours and involves collaboration with UBS Asset Management Poland and European entities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in fund administration.
• Willingness to work US working hours (12:00-20:00 or 14:00-22:00 local time).
• Sound knowledge of fund administration and fund accounting processes, including financial statement review.
• A relevant academic background, such as a degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• Ability to resolve and respond to complex queries in a timely manner with a careful and exact approach to allocated tasks.
• Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
• Collaborative personality, with the ability to complete tasks independently.
• Very good written and spoken English (knowledge of German or French will be an asset).
• You’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.

Your team

You will be working in the ManCo Delivery Team at UBS Asset Management (Europe) S.A., Poland Branch. The team is responsible for delivering investment fund-related services to European Management Companies located in Luxembourg and Switzerland, as well as to a US fund manager. You will report directly to a local Team Lead and work closely with your colleagues, other teams within UBS and different external stakeholders.

Your expertise
