Lead growth, profitability and operational excellence in an international project-driven manufacturing business.

Gpi Tanks Poland is a leading stainless-steel tank manufacturer within the Gpi Group, serving customers in the food, dairy, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. With 2 production locations, the employment of 120 employees, generating over EUR 20 million in annual revenue and a strong position within the Group, we are looking for a Managing Director to lead the next phase of growth and professionalisation.

Your role

As Managing Director, you hold full P&L responsibility for Gpi Tanks Poland and lead the management team. You are responsible for delivering profitable growth, operational excellence and a strong, engaged organisation.

You combine strategic leadership with a hands‑on understanding of project execution and manufacturing operations. You know how to balance commercial opportunities, operational realities and project risks to achieve sustainable results.

Key responsibilities

• Full P&L responsibility for Gpi Tanks Poland;
• Lead 2 sites and maintain a high‑performing management team;
• Deliver sustainable growth, profitability and customer satisfaction;
• Drive commercial excellence, project control and risk management;
• Ensure operational excellence in safety, quality, delivery and efficiency;
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement;
• Strengthen the One Gpi mindset through collaboration across locations and Group companies;
• Execute the company strategy and achieve ambitious business objectives;

What we are looking for

• 10 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing, engineering or project‑based environment;
• Proven P&L responsibility;
• Strong commercial, operational and financial acumen;
• Experience managing complex projects and stakeholders;
• Decisive leadership style with the ability to connect people and drive results;
• Proven international experience, with the ability to operate effectively across diverse cultures and markets.
• Fluency in English and the Polish language, Dutch is an advantage.
