Job summary

Elis Textile Service Sp. z o.o. in Poland seeks an exceptional General Manager (m/f) to lead one of our key operations in Wiązowna, near Warsaw. You will translate strategy into measurable results, inspire teams, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

You will own P&L and budgets, drive safety and continuous improvement, and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Fluent English is required for audits and international coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in operational leadership at GM level or similar.
• Experience managing budgets and P&L.
• Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong strategic thinking with execution focus.
• Experience leading change and continuous improvement.
• Strong customer orientation and relationship management.

We are looking for an exceptional leader to take on the role of General Manager (m/f) and lead one of our key operations. This is an opportunity for an experienced executive who combines strong business acumen with outstanding people leadership. As General Manager, you will have full responsibility for operational performance, financial results, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, safety, and continuous improvement. We are seeking someone who can inspire teams, challenge the status quo, and translate business strategy into measurable results while building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the plant, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable operations.
• Take full ownership of operational and financial performance, including budget management and P&L accountability.
• Lead and develop a high-performing management team, fostering engagement, collaboration, and talent development.
• Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, legal, and company standards.
• Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders, ensuring service excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
• Lead organizational change and transformation initiatives to support business growth and strategic objectives.
• Promote a culture focused on safety, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Act as a key business partner within the organization, contributing to strategic decision-making and long-term success.

• Fluent English, used regularly in communication with the Elis Group and during audits and visits from international stakeholders.
