Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc in Kraków is seeking a Regulatory Compliance professional to support the UK and Global Asset Management functions, ensuring governance and risk management standards are met across teams. You will provide advisory support on RC queries, assist with regulatory change management, help with financial promotions controls, and contribute to governance reporting.

Fluent English, attention to detail, and solid knowledge of asset management are essential.

What you will do:

• Provide support to the UK and Global Asset Management Regulatory Compliance function.
• Provide Regulatory Compliance advisory support on queries within RC’s remit, and link in with RC SMEs where the issue is specific or complex. Use the Ask Compliance system to handle and respond to enquiries.
• Support the Regulatory Change management process, including daily horizon scanning, maintaining regulatory change records, and producing and publishing regulatory change newsletters.
• Assist with financial promotions and marketing-related compliance processes and controls.
• Support the preparation of governance reporting for relevant committees and forums.
• Maintain robust team record-keeping practices to support auditability, oversight, and effective compliance management.
• Assist in managing regulatory compliance risks & uphold compliance standards and policies in line with the RC Service Model.
• Monitor and check for adherence to established procedures and systems, report findings and make recommendations.

What you will need to succeed in this role:

• Fluency in English
• Experience in an Asset Management business or a compliance role, with good understanding of risk management and governance activities
• Basic knowledge of the Financial Markets and Asset Management products
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills with an ability to prioritise effectively.

The pay range for this role is 9741PLN - 12000PLN (monthly, gross).

Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
