Job summary

Philip Morris International in Kraków is seeking a Front-End Product Owner to own and prioritize the digital backlog for Websites, Microsites (JustScan), and DAM. You will drive a global delivery pipeline, focusing on user-centric experiences and continuous improvement to deliver end-to-end solutions.

The role requires 3–5 years in digital product ownership, strong API/UX knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management. A hybrid work model and career growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Product Owner certification (CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe POPM) preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital product ownership, analysis, or delivery management.
• Ability to drive product decisions in complex, global environments.
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms, UX/UI, APIs, and development processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities
