Job summary

Tenneco Inc. in Poland seeks a Maintenance Department Supervisor to lead a team, plan inspections, and oversee maintenance of machinery. You will ensure documentation accuracy and monitor performance indicators while coordinating with service providers and internal teams.

The role requires a higher technical degree, 2–3 years of managerial experience, and proficiency in SAP. English at B1+ level or higher is required.

Qualifications

• Higher technical education is required.
• 2-3 years of experience in managing a Maintenance Department.
• Good knowledge of technical drawing.
• Analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Knowledge of mechanics, mechatronics, and electronics.
• Familiarity with the SAP system.
• Ability to work under time pressure and respond quickly to changes.
• English language skills at B1+ level or higher.
