Job summary

Daimler AG in Jawor sucht eine/n erfahrene/n Leiter/in Instandhaltung im Bereich Fördertechnologie. Sie verantworten mechanische und elektronische Inspektionen, Wartung und Reparaturen an Förderanlagen und Sortersystemen in Produktion und Logistik.

Sie führen ein Team von bis zu zehn Mitarbeitenden, arbeiten lösungsorientiert und tragen zur Optimierung der Wartungsprozesse bei, einschließlich SAP-I-Pro-System, und arbeiten eng mit Produktionsteams zusammen.

Qualifications

• Hochschulabschluss: MSc oder Bachelor (bevorzugt Elektronik, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder Industrieingenieurwesen).
• Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position.
• Kenntnisse in Montagetechnik wie Schraubtechnik, Klebetechnik, Prüf- und Messtechnik.
• Kenntnisse in Automatisierung, Robotik, SPS, Computersteuerungssystemen.
• Gute Organisation, Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
• Führerschein Klasse B.
• Gute Englischkenntnisse.
• Teamfähigkeit.
• Bereitschaft zu Auslandreisen.

Responsibilities

• Verantwortung für Fördertechnik inkl. mechanischer und elektronischer Inspektionen, Wartung und Reparaturen.
• Entwicklung technischer Strategien und Wartungsprozesse (SAP-I-Pro-System) für Förderanlagen.
• Unterstützung an mehreren Produktionsstandorten; Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von Wartungsberichten.
• On-site Unterstützung bei Störungen; Leitung eines Teams von bis zu zehn Mitarbeitenden.

Job description

Aufgaben

• As part of the Assembly shop team, you will be responsible for Conveyor- technology out mechanical and electronic inspections, maintenance and repairs to sorter systems in our production and logistics areas as part of high-performance industrial Assembly shop production systems.

• This includes the development of technological strategies and maintenance processes (SAP- I-Pro- System) of conveyor systems such as Scissor-lifts, Roller beds, Main lifter, Cross- conveyor, and specific Assembly requirements such as the HEMS/ LEMS- Carrier, handlings devises, or the ring conveyor and AGV specifies.

• As well as various production centers as well as the preparation and follow-up of operations and cooperation in the preparation of maintenance reports.

• You will support operational maintenance on site e.g., as an expert in the event of technical breakdowns, lead a team of up to ten employees during maintenance assignments/trouble shooting, and be pragmatic and solution oriented. The team consists of electrical and automation technicians.

Qualifikationen

• Higher technical education: Msc or Bachelor (preferably Electronic, Mechanical, Electrical or industrial Engineering).

• Several years of experience in a similar position.

• Knowledge of Assembly shop technologies such as Tightening, Electronic Controlled Tools, Gluing, Filling equipment, Dynamic Vehicle Testing Equipment, Wheel Alignment Equipment, VehicleElectronic Checking Systems.

• Knowledge of automotive environment including experience with Automation, Robots, PLC, Computer control systems.

• Very good organization of working time, commitment, diligence, reliability.

• Responsibility and the ability to solve problems independently.

• Driving license B.

• English enabling easy communication.

• Ability to work in a team.

• Readiness to travel abroad.
