Job summary

Bausch Health in Poland seeks a maintenance technician to perform electrical and mechanical upkeep of production machinery and plant installations. You will inspect, diagnose, repair, and document maintenance tasks, collaborating closely with the Production Department to support changeovers and ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• Vocational or secondary technical education in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
• Valid SEP electrical qualifications (G1) for operation up to 1 kV.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing company.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a two-shift system and drive a car with Category B license.

Responsibilities

• Conducts technical inspections of machinery, equipment, and facility installations.
• Performs electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair on machinery and plant installations.
• Participates in maintenance, overhauls, and scheduled inspections of equipment.
• Diagnoses and troubleshoots machinery, equipment, systems, and installation failures.
• Ensures proper operation of electrical and lighting installations (internal and external).
• Maintains task docs and prepares service reports and maintenance records.
• Collaborates with Production Department on installation, maintenance, inspections, and changeovers.

Job Responsibilities

• Conducting technical inspections of machinery, equipment, and facility installations.

• Participating in machine, equipment, and installation maintenance, overhauls, and scheduled inspections.

• Ensuring the proper operation of electrical and lighting installations (both internal and external).
• Maintaining documentation of completed tasks in equipment, systems, and installation logs, and preparing service reports and maintenance records.
• Cooperating with the Production Department regarding installation, maintenance, inspections, and changeovers of production equipment.

Requirements

• Vocational or secondary technical education in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
• Valid SEP electrical qualifications (G1) for operation of electrical equipment up to 1 kV.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing company.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and build positive working relationships.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system.
• Valid Category B driving license.
