Job summary

Tenneco poszukuje doświadczonego Kierownika Utrzymania Ruchu w Polsce. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie koordynować prace Działu Utrzymania Ruchu, nadzorować konserwację parku maszynowego i planować przeglądy oraz naprawy.

Wymagane jest wyższe wykształcenie techniczne oraz praktyczna znajomość SAP. Oczekiwana jest 2–3 letnia praktyka w zarządzaniu Działem Utrzymania Ruchu, umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu i dobra znajomość technicznego rysunku.

Qualifications

• Wyższe wykształcenie techniczne.
• 2–3 lata doświadczenia w zarządzaniu Działem Utrzymania Ruchu.
• Dobra znajomość rysunku technicznego.
• Analityczne podejście do rozwiązywania problemów.
• Znajomość mechaniki, mechatroniki i elektroniki.
• Znajomość systemu SAP.
• Umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu i szybkiej reakcji na zmiany.
• Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie B1+.

Responsibilities

• Koordynowanie pracy zespołu Działu Utrzymania Ruchu.
• Nadzór nad utrzymaniem parku maszynowego.
• Planowanie grafików przeglądów, napraw i konserwacji.
• Zapewnianie zgodności dokumentacji maszyn i urządzeń.
• Monitorowanie i raportowanie wskaźników wydajności utrzymania ruchu.
• Nadzorowanie kosztów utrzymania ruchu.
• Uczestniczenie w nowych wdrożeniach i inwestycjach.
• Współpraca z dostawcami usług lub firmami zewnętrznymi.
• Raportowanie i rozliczanie wykonanych działań.

• Planning schedules for inspections, repairs, and maintenance
• Ensuring consistency of machinery and equipment documentation
• Monitoring and reporting maintenance performance indicators
• Supervising maintenance costs
• Participating in new implementations and investments
• Collaborating with service providers or external companies
• Reporting and accounting for undertaken activities
• Higher technical education
• 2-3 years of experience in managing a Maintenance Department
• Good knowledge of technical drawing
• Analytical approach to problem-solving
• Knowledge of mechanics, mechatronics, and electronics
• Familiarity with the SAP system
• Ability to work under time pressure and respond quickly to changes
• English language skills at B1+ level or higher
