Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a Compliance and Security M365 Architect to join the Collaboration Services team in Kraków. The role focuses on Purview and Defender solutions, architecture and documentation, and cross-team adoption across the enterprise.

You will lead technical standards, partner with legal, records management and privacy teams, and own platform-level product ownership for Purview and Defender, guiding complex data governance and security initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Purview and Defender in large-scale environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) and security controls.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate business needs into technical designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design for Purview and Defender across the enterprise.
