Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Architect in Katowice to support transition and operational readiness within M365 environments. In this role, you will focus on documentation, governance, and collaboration, helping to define standards and enabling effective teamwork.

Your responsibilities include knowledge transfer activities, documentation creation, and ensuring compliance across M365 workloads. The position offers a hybrid working model and access to a variety of training opportunities, alongside competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as SME, Senior Engineer, or Consultant in Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong expertise in M365 services and enterprise environments.
• Proven experience in technical and service documentation creation.
• Familiarity with IT processes, governance models, and service operations.
• Ability to structure knowledge and work with distributed teams.
• Experience in knowledge transfer, training, or onboarding activities.
• Fluent communication in German and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Gather and structure knowledge from existing customer documentation.
• Design structured documentation, including architecture descriptions.
• Ensure consistency and compliance of all produced documentation.
• Collaborate with SMEs across various domains.
• Support governance setup and process definition.
