Job summary

Promise Group in Poland is looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to translate business strategy into IT roadmaps anchored in Microsoft platforms. You will design hybrid architectures, govern standards, and oversee integration of Azure, Microsoft 365, and on‑premises systems.

The role requires deep Microsoft expertise, strong stakeholder communication, and the ability to drive transformation programs across diverse Microsoft ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar senior role focused on Microsoft technologies.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft on-premises platforms and cloud counterparts (AD, Windows Server, SQL Server, Exchange).
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure IaaS/PaaS, networking, security, governance (Management Groups, Policy, Landing Zones).
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, Intune, Purview).
• Experience designing hybrid architectures spanning on‑premises and cloud services.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender XDR, Sentinel, and MCSB security & compliance solutions.
• Proven ability to align business needs with Microsoft-based technical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into IT roadmaps and architecture plans anchored in Microsoft platforms.
• Define and govern architectural standards, policies, and frameworks aligned with CAF and Microsoft best practices.
• Design and optimize systems leveraging Microsoft on-premises and cloud solutions.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives including Microsoft 365 adoption and Azure migration.
• Evaluate Microsoft and third‑party technologies and recommend value‑driven solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, communicating complex designs clearly.
• Support pre‑sales activities with technical architecture and licensing expertise.
• Partner with delivery teams on solution design, estimations, and risk analysis.
• Ensure integration and standardization across Azure, M365, and on‑prem environments.
