EY GDS Poland is seeking a Consultant/Senior Consultant to join our Operations team to support Transact-to-Transform engagements across industries. You will define the approach, shape solutions, and guide execution, helping clients understand changes across operations, processes, and operating models.

This role offers exposure to end-to-end transformations, with collaboration across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT, and Corporate Functions.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of operational consulting/transaction advisory experience.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT, Operations, SG&A.
• Analytical mindset with financial modelling and data analysis skills.
• Experience using AI, automation and digital tools for analysis and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end operations workstreams across strategic transformations and deals.
• Build and maintain Excel-based analyses, models, and data packs; synthesize findings.
• Analyze performance across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT and Corporate Functions.
• Develop client deliverables with executive-ready storytelling and powerpoints.
