Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an M&A Senior Consultant for Business Applications to support complex transformation and separation programs across technology landscapes. The role focuses on defining the approach, shaping solutions, and guiding execution for large-scale divestitures.

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end technology workstreams, shape architecture discussions, and deliver executive-ready client deliverables, while collaborating with senior stakeholders across the EU.

Qualifications

• Proven experience across the enterprise application lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, integrations, interfaces, and dependencies.
• +6 years’ experience in IT project management and IT consulting roles.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end technology workstreams in strategic transformations or M&A transactions.
• Contribute to technology strategy and architecture discussions, including separation, integration and optimization.
• Coordinate complex applications migration, separation and rationalization projects and manage relations with client stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Develop high-quality client deliverables (presentations, assessments, business cases) with a strong storyline and executive focus.
• Translate business needs into scalable, technology-enabled solutions across IT domains.
• Leverage AI tools and innovative approaches to accelerate analysis, solution design, and delivery efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and automation in client environments and proactively bring improvement ideas.
