Job summary

EY GDS Poland seeks an experienced M&A Senior Consultant for ERP to support complex transformation and separation programs, including large-scale divestitures. You will lead ERP strategy, guide execution, and ensure alignment of technology landscape with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

Strong understanding and practical experience of ERP platforms and ERP-dependent satellite apps.
+6 years’ experience in IT project management and IT consulting roles.
3+ years of ERP-related transformation project experience in large-scale environments.
Exposure to ERP activities in business transitions, migrations, re-platforming, integrations or upgrades.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end ERP workstreams in strategic transformations or M&A transactions.
Contribute to ERP strategy and architecture discussions including system separation and integration.
Coordinate complex ERP projects and manage relations with client stakeholders, including C-level.
Develop high-quality client deliverables with a strong storyline and executive focus.
Translate business needs into scalable, technology-enabled ERP solutions.
