Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an M&A Consultant/Senior Consultant to join the Operations team and support Transact-to-Transform engagements across industries. You will shape solutions, guide execution, and ensure alignment of changes across processes and operating models with strategic objectives.

The role emphasizes end-to-end project delivery, analytics, and collaboration with senior stakeholders while leveraging AI tools to enhance insight generation and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional experience in operational consulting, transaction advisory, due diligence, value creation, restructuring, transformation or performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end operations workstreams across strategic transformations and M&A transactions, including due diligence, value creation, integration, separation and restructuring initiatives.
• Assess operational performance, identify risks and value creation opportunities, and analyze KPIs, cost structures, productivity and working capital.
• Evaluate Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT, Operations and Corporate Functions for operational synergies and cost reduction opportunities.
• Support development of business cases, financial models and value creation initiatives.
