Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services Poland is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the Operations team, supporting Transact-to-Transform engagements across the energy sector. You will define the approach, shape solutions, and guide execution for complex client projects.

This role works with clients on due diligence, value creation, integration and operating-model design, leveraging AI and digital tools to enhance analysis, drive efficiency, and deliver impact with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in energy-sector transactions or operational transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with financial modelling and advanced Excel.
• Experience across energy sectors and knowledge of energy KPIs.
• Willingness to travel across the EU and work with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end operations workstreams across strategic transformations and M&A transactions in the energy sector.
• Support workstreams across due diligence, value creation, integration, separation, and restructuring projects within energy sector.
• Assess operational performance and identify risks and improvement opportunities across energy businesses and assets.
• Analyze key operational and financial metrics, including production performance, operating costs, CAPEX, and asset utilization.
• Support development and review of business cases, financial models, and value creation initiatives for transaction decisions.
• Coordinate transaction workstreams and manage relationships with client stakeholders, including senior management and executives.
• Develop high-quality client deliverables with a strong storyline and executive focus.
• Translate business needs into practical operational improvements and value creation initiatives.
• Leverage AI tools and innovative approaches to enhance analysis and delivery.
