Job summary

InPost is seeking an experienced technology integration leader to drive acquisitions and market launches across Europe. You will own the technology dimension from due diligence to post-acquisition integration and establish the foundations for organic market entries, ensuring alignment with InPost standards from day one.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in technology integration, M&A technology or a related area.
• At least 3 years of project or programme management experience.
• Experience working with stakeholders across markets and within an international organisation.
• Fluency in English.
• Active use of AI tools for research, documentation, analysis and reporting.
