You will build business cases, run scenarios, and prepare market entry and performance frameworks, collaborating with senior leadership to steer strategic initiatives.

The role demands strong analytical acumen, proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint, and excellent communication, with 4+ years of relevant experience in top-tier strategy environments.

Qualifications

• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic mindset with strong business acumen.
• High curiosity and inquisitiveness; proactive and autonomous.
• Excellent communication, including with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; fluent English.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience; 3+ years in top-tier strategy consulting or corporate strategy.

Responsibilities

• Strategic analyses across InPost Group markets and assess business units.
• Financial analyses to evaluate impact of strategic initiatives and stress tests.
• Prepare corporate and growth strategies including market entry (organic & M&A).
• Track and report market and corporate performance against KPIs; recommend changes.
• Present recommendations and engage with senior leadership on strategic discussions.
