Job summary

InPost Group is seeking an experienced technology leader to own the technology dimension of acquisitions and new market launches. You will guide pre- and post-acquisition technical due diligence and establish foundations for market entries, aligning teams and standards from day one.

You will connect technology, programme delivery and stakeholder collaboration across markets, driving integration momentum, architecture decisions and scalable playbooks while operating without formal line-management

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in technology integration or M&A tech.
• At least 3 years of project or programme management.
• Experience working with stakeholders across markets in an international organisation.
• Fluency in English and ability to work across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Shape the technology perspective behind acquisition decisions.
• Lead post-acquisition technology integration.
• Prepare new markets for launch with architecture, tooling and standards.
• Accelerate OneTech Standard adoption across markets.
• Connect market and technology perspectives with cross-functional teams.
• Build scalable integration playbooks and knowledge base.
