Job summary

InPost Group in Poland seeks a technology leader to own the tech dimension of acquisitions and new market launches. You will drive the full technology lifecycle—from pre-acquisition technical due diligence to post-acquisition integration and setting the technology foundations for new markets.

This role connects technology, programme delivery and stakeholder collaboration across countries, building alignment and momentum without direct line-management authority.

Responsibilities

• Shape the technology perspective behind acquisition decisions: coordinate technical due diligence and consolidate findings.
• Lead post-acquisition technology integration across entities: define milestones and drive delivery across people, processes, systems and budgeting.
• Prepare new markets for launch: define architecture, tooling, access, technical requirements and process standards before operations begin.
• Accelerate OneTech Standard adoption: monitor maturity and coordinate resolutions or approvals.
• Connect market and technology perspectives across markets with domain teams, People teams and external partners.
• Build a scalable integration capability: develop playbooks, templates, status docs and a knowledge base of lessons learned.
