The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management and at least 2 years in a similar setting, with strong leadership and communication skills. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and train staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel's bar, ensuring it operates efficiently and effectively.
• Train and develop bar staff to ensure they provide excellent service and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
• Collaborate with the F&B Bar Manager and Executive Chef to maintain the highest standards for cocktail and beverage menus.
• Monitor the quality of drinks and service, ensuring guests receive the best experience possible.
• Work with the F&B Bar Manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Assist in managing the inventory and ordering of all bar supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase revenue and improve guest satisfaction.
