Job summary

Highline Warsaw is recruiting for a bartender supervisory role in the heart of Warsaw. The successful candidate will supervise bar staff, ensure top-notch customer experiences, manage inventory, and maintain safety and cleanliness standards.

You will co-create drink menus, train and motivate staff, and support the team to deliver memorable guest experiences while collaborating with the F&B Manager in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of English and Polish to communicate freely.
• Knowledge of computer and MS Office.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervision and support of bar shift staff.
• Ensuring an exceptional customer experience by monitoring service quality.
• Inventory management, ordering and inventory management.
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Co-create and update drink menus.
• Training, motivating staff to achieve goals.
• Effectively support the team in building memorable experiences and bonds with our guests.
• Working closely with the F&B Manager.
