Job summary

Ericsson in Łódź is offering a 1-year internship for an LTE Developer to join the Software Development Team. You will work on 4G OneRAN projects and contribute to automated testing, systemization, and new features. Development centers on C++ with exposure to OpenShift and cloud computing, plus AI-related tooling.

You will collaborate in an Agile environment, learn quickly, and build skills through hands-on projects, mentorship, and training sessions in a real company setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, CS, or Software Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of C++, Git, software development, testing and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with OpenShift and cloud computing is a plus.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement 4G OneRAN technology solutions.
• Develop automated unit and functional tests.
• Contribute to systemization and adding new functionalities.
• Support development teams with technical insights.
• Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies.
