Job summary

Ericsson invites applications for a 1-year LTE Developer internship in Łódź, Poland. You will join our Software Development Team to work on 4G OneRAN technology, focusing on development, testing, and troubleshooting in a collaborative Agile environment.

The role emphasizes C++ development, OpenShift/Cloud computing awareness, and exposure to AI tools. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related fields complements strong English communication and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Proficient in C++, Git, software development, testing and troubleshooting.
Experience with OpenShift Container Platform and Cloud Computing is desirable.
Interest in AI and ML; experience with AI tools in programming or testing is a plus.
Good spoken and written English skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodology to design, develop, and implement innovative 4G OneRAN technology solutions.
Influence the development of Traffic Control, Baseband, and System functionalities.
Work on optimization and performance tuning of software components.
Provide technical support for development teams.
Develop competencies in a complex technical domain.
Participate in and drive technical discussions on software quality with global teams.
