Job summary

Mastercard Poland is seeking a Customer Engagement & Relationship Specialist to support banks and fintechs, enhance the Bezcenne Chwile loyalty program, and drive customer engagement. You will work with internal and external partners to shape rewards and communications, leveraging data and trends to improve the program experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in customer, commercial, relationship, marketing or related settings.
• Fluent Polish with strong written communication and very good English.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.
• Curious, proactive, and able to contribute ideas to improve customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with banks and fintechs to maximize program value.
• Develop and optimize the rewards catalog and customer engagement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen participation using insights and market trends.
• Collaborate with Marketing and agencies on communications for users and partners.
• Review performance and translate insights into practical recommendations.
• Research loyalty trends and benchmark to bring new ideas.
• Coordinate selected initiatives from idea to implementation.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Account Management and Operations teams.
• Contribute to agreed program and partner KPIs.
