Job summary

Mastercard Bezcenne Chwile in Poland seeks a Customer Engagement & Relationship Specialist to support three areas: customer engagement, partner relationships and the ongoing development of the rewards proposition. Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in a customer, commercial, relationship, marketing or other relevant business environment.
• Fluent Polish, with strong written communication skills, and very good English.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
• Curious and proactive, with the confidence to contribute ideas and look for opportunities to improve the customer experience.
• Comfortable combining creative thinking with data and performance insights to support recommendations.
• Well organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on agreed actions.
• Collaborative and comfortable working across teams in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with participating banks and fintechs, supporting their customer engagement objectives and helping them maximize the value of the program.
• Contribute to the development and optimization of the rewards catalog, offers and other customer engagement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen customer engagement and program participation, drawing on customer needs, performance insights and market trends.
• Collaborate with Marketing and agency partners to develop clear and engaging program-user and partner communications.
• Review program, campaign and reward-redemption performance and translate insights into practical recommendations.
• Research market trends and benchmark loyalty programs, rewards and potential partners to bring new ideas to the program.
• Coordinate selected customer engagement and rewards initiatives from idea through implementation.
• Partner across internal teams, including Product, Marketing, Account Management and Operations, to support a consistent program experience.
• Contribute to agreed program and partner objectives and KPIs.
