Woodward, Inc. is seeking a logistics supervisor for our warehouse and shipping department in Poland. You will direct subordinates, ensure proper handling of incoming products, and apply LEAN principles to material handling and processes.

You will work with freight carriers, prepare paperwork, coordinate cycle counts, and drive KPI performance. The role requires solid LEAN knowledge, a high school diploma (bachelor preferred), MRP systems and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• LEAN in logistics knowledge.
• Strong command of English and communication skills.
• 3–5 years of logistics experience.
• Ability to learn processes, equipment and tools.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
• Ability to organize and prioritize daily activities.
• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Directs activities of subordinates in warehouse and shipping.
• Handle incoming products, receiving, stocking and handling of components.
• Implement LEAN solutions in material handling and logistics.
• Coordinate with freight carriers and ensure policy compliance.
• Prepare paperwork and coordinate cycle counts; package and ship materials.
