• Analiza danych logistycznych i raportowanie wyników.
• Udział w programach rozwoju i doskonalenia procesów.

Job description

WHAT YOU WILL DO:Directs the activities of, and has responsibility for, subordinates in warehouse and shipping departmentResponsible for the proper handling of incoming products through the receiving docks, and stocking and handling of componentsImplements LEAN solutions into material handling and logistics processesWork directly with the freight carriers to ensure compliance with Woodward freight initiatives and policiesResponsible for the preparation of all necessary paperwork and the coordination of cycle count and all necessary activities required to package and ship materials and products required to satisfy customer requirementsResponsible for achieving departmental goals & performance measures KPI’sCoordinates work load requirements and work scheduling with teamsDevelops, reviews and maintains staffing requirementsResponsible for annual performance evaluations and discipline of the subordinatesIdentify and provide training needs related to safety, quality, new technologies and application tools for members developmentWHAT YOU WILL NEED:Solid knowledge about LEAN in logisticsHigh school diploma or equivalent, preferable bachelor’s degreeSolid knowledge of business computer systems (MRP)Strong English language skills and communication skillsAbility to quickly learn processes, equipment and tools used in specific areas of responsibilityAbility to analyze data and prepare reports / presentations of ongoing logistics processesAbility to effectively organize and prioritize day-to-day activities and issues within functional areaAbility to make decisions in a timely manner, sometimes with incomplete information and under tight deadlines and pressure.Demonstrate experience leading continuous improvement activities through strong team-building and problem-solving3-5 years experience in logisticsWHAT YOU WILL GAIN:Salary range from 12 000 to 19 000 PLN gross – depending on experienceAdvancement opportunities in international teamA total rewards package, that includes: private health insurance, life & accidental insuranceMultisport packageMeal VouchersCompany performance bonus programWork-life balancePPK: Woodward offers payment to your PPK account up to 4% of your compensation depending on seniorityEducational support
