Job summary
Woodward Poland is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production and ensure efficient operations in a mechanical/electromechanical manufacturing setting. You will supervise production teams, implement production plans and coordinate workload with multiple teams.
The role requires LEAN leadership, a Bachelor’s degree, and 3+ years in manufacturing leadership with fluency in English and Polish.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in mechanical or electromechanical manufacturing.
- LEAN leadership in manufacturing.
- 3+ years in a leadership role in manufacturing.
- Fluent English and Polish.
- Strong data analysis and reporting ability.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
Responsibilities
- Ensure safety guidelines are followed.
- Provide immediate supervision to a group of operational employees in direct production and indirect support functions.
- Implement, supervise, and execute scheduled production plans.
- Coordinate workload and capacity requirements and scheduling with teams.
- Develop staffing requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers to evaluate tools, processes and lean concepts.
- Lead continuous improvement activities.
- Identify training needs related to safety, quality and new technologies.
