Woodward Poland is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production and ensure efficient operations in a mechanical/electromechanical manufacturing setting. You will supervise production teams, implement production plans and coordinate workload with multiple teams.

The role requires LEAN leadership, a Bachelor’s degree, and 3+ years in manufacturing leadership with fluency in English and Polish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in mechanical or electromechanical manufacturing.
• LEAN leadership in manufacturing.
• 3+ years in a leadership role in manufacturing.
• Fluent English and Polish.
• Strong data analysis and reporting ability.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety guidelines are followed.
• Provide immediate supervision to a group of operational employees in direct production and indirect support functions.
• Implement, supervise, and execute scheduled production plans.
• Coordinate workload and capacity requirements and scheduling with teams.
• Develop staffing requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers to evaluate tools, processes and lean concepts.
• Lead continuous improvement activities.
• Identify training needs related to safety, quality and new technologies.
