Job summary

Freudenberg Group seeks a logistics professional in Poland to coordinate order integration and procurement activities. You will monitor raw material ordering, support the order-to-cash process, and update SAP/R3 with delivery schedules and supplier data.

You will oversee shipment readiness and invoicing, analyze inventories, and drive corrective actions. You will handle customer communications, respond to changes in orders, and participate in handling logistics complaints (8D) with suppliers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or production planning.
• Good knowledge of MRP and inventory management processes.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Communicative English skills.
• Knowledge of customer portals and transportation management systems.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• German language skills would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Integrate customer orders and monitor raw material ordering.
• Ensure order fulfillment from receipt to after-sales service.
• Update SAP/R3 with delivery schedules and procurement data.
• Oversee product prep for shipment and invoicing.
• Analyze inventories and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare logistics complaints (8D) with suppliers.
• Coordinate launching of new projects and phasing out existing.
• Maintain email/phone contact with customers and suppliers, respond to order changes.
