Job summary

Freudenberg is seeking a Logistic Specialist in Środa Śląska, Poland. You will integrate customer orders, monitor raw materials, and ensure smooth order fulfillment from receipt to post-sales service.

You will update SAP/R3, supervise shipment prep, and analyze inventories, driving corrective actions as needed. The role requires 2+ years in logistics or production planning, MRP knowledge, Excel proficiency, and good English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or production planning.
• Good knowledge of MRP and inventory management processes.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Communicative English skills.
• Knowledge of customer portals and transportation management systems.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• German language skills would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for correct integration of orders from customers and monitoring of raw materials ordering.
• Ensure proper conduct of the order fulfillment process from receipt to after-sales service.
• Update SAP/R3 with delivery schedules and procurement data.
• Supervise preparation of products for shipment and invoicing.
• Analyze inventories of finished goods and raw materials; implement corrective actions.
• Analyze reasons for special transports and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in preparation of logistics complaints (8D reports) and raise supplier complaints.
• Coordinate launching of new projects and ending of existing ones.
• Maintain contact with customers and suppliers via email and phone; respond to changes in orders.
