Job summary

Freudenberg Group seeks a logistics professional in Poland to coordinate order integration and procurement activities. You will monitor raw material ordering, support the order-to-cash process, and update SAP/R3 with delivery schedules and supplier data.

You will oversee shipment readiness and invoicing, analyze inventories, and drive corrective actions. You will handle customer communications, respond to changes in orders, and participate in handling logistics complaints (8D) with suppliers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or production planning.
• Good knowledge of MRP and inventory management processes.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Communicative English skills.
• Knowledge of customer portals and transportation management systems.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• German language skills would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the correct inegration of orders from customers, monitoring and control of raw materials ordering process based on orders from customer.
• Ensuring proper conduct of the order fulfillment process customer from receipt of order to the after-sales service
• Updating the system SAP/R3 (delivery schedules to customer, the basic raw materials and the compilation and analysis of customer procurement and supplier).
• Supervision of preparation of products for shipment and invoicing.
• Analysis of inventories of finished goods and raw materials - corrective and preventive action
• Study reasons having to send special transport - analysis, corrective and preventive actions.
• Active participation in the preparation of loistics complaints from customer ( 8D report) and initiation and creation of logistics complaints to suppliers.
• Coordination of launching new projects and ending of existing.
• Staying in e-mail and telaphone contact with customers and suppliers. Responding to changes in customer orders in a proper manner.
